Hello! My name is Dorothy La Putt. I am a user-centered visual designer with an undying love for typography, colors, grids, and layouts. I love to look around and appreciate anything that is designed well, and bad kerning is enough to make my soul cry. I am very detail-oriented; I follow brand books diligently and I never fail to notice the one dead pixel on my laptop screen. In no means am I perfect, I definitely learn as I go; Failures, to me, are opportunities to grow, and I embrace constructive feedbacks and criticisms. I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Visual Communication Design from the IUPUI Herron School of Art and Design. I have had many opportunities to work with amazing people in different areas of graphic design—digital, print, web, or mobile; you name it, I got you! I work proficiently with the Adobe Creative Suite while adapting to any program quickly and efficiently. Some fun things about me: I am very proud of my Philippine heritage; I usually spend my free time volunteering for organizations and events that promotes the Filipino culture; I am a proud dog mom; I have an extremely positive outlook in life and do my best to keep learning and growing.
